Zydus Wellness profit up 14.4% at `171.9 cr

New Delhi: Zydus Wellness Ltd on Monday reported a 14.4 per cent rise in consolidated net profit at Rs171.9 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025, driven by strong performance of its food and nutrition as well as personal care segments. The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs150.3 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal. The board of the company has approved the sub-division of its stock with one equity share of face value of Rs10 to be split into five equity shares of face value Rs2 each, subject to shareholders' approval.

Square Yards' total expenses surge 32% to `1,613 cr

Mumbai: Real estate marketplace Square Yards’ total expenses rose by over 32.21 per cent to Rs1,613 crore in FY25, from Rs1,220 crore in FY24, according to its financials. The increase was mainly driven by higher employee costs, commission payouts, and finance costs, according to the company’s provisional financial statement. Employee benefit expenses remained the largest cost head, accounting for nearly 38 per cent of the total spend. These costs increased by 15 per cent, rising from Rs535 crore in FY24 to Rs618 crore in FY25.

Qatar Airways reports earning $2.15 bn profit

Dubai: The holding company that owns Qatar Airways reported on Monday it earned a $2.15 billion profit in its last fiscal year, its highest-ever profit off the back of record passenger numbers as global aviation bounces back after the coronavirus pandemic. The state-owned carrier reported revenues of $23.4 billion overall in the results, up from $22.1 billion the year before. Its fiscal year profits in the prior reporting period were $1.6 billion. “These record-breaking results are a testament to the hard work, skill and dedication of teams across all of Qatar Airways Group," said group CEO Badr Mohammed al-Meer in a statement.
